Home Ministries Filipino Fellowship
In 2000, a small group of Filipino maids started meeting for fellowship in one of the rooms in the church while their employers were attending the English Service. Over the years this group has grown to become a full worship service being by about 20-25 members. As members only have one or two Sundays off per month, not all can attend on any given Sundays. In line with the church’s vision to enlarge and strengthen, it is reaching out to fellow “kabababayans” in Singapore.
Pastor Raymond Seet who oversees the Indonesian congregation is also heading the Filipino Fellowship. The service begins at 10:45 am on level 2 of the church. After the service, as with any other normal Filipino activity, they have potluck lunch and enjoy home cooked meals every Sunday.
Future plans include having a regular Bible study class conducted in members’ homes. If you share our vision and want to be a part of this group, please contact Brother Dado 9754-5437, Sister Eve 9786-9752 or Sister Mayette 9616-7555.
