Roles and Responsibilities
• Co-ordinate, facilitate, oversee the operation and upgrading of AVL for services,
events & productions.
• Liaise between the Worship Pastor and the different technical ministries for the
purpose of directing operations to achieve service/event/production objectives
specified by the producer(s) of such.
• Facilitate training and development to increase/improve technical volunteers’
capabilities.
• Be involved in AVL design and implementation.

Pre-Requisites
• Understanding of industry practices and work processes.
• Good understanding of digital concepts/operations.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects effectively and thrive under tight
deadlines.
• Good team player, motivation and ability to work positively and independently with
minimal supervision in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Qualifications/Requirements
• At least a Diploma in Film, Sound & Video, Mass Communications, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in a production house or events company.
• Well-versed with digital sound infrastructures.
• Well-versed with online meeting platforms.
• Ability to direct 'live' switching is an advantage.
• A Class 3 license preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities
• To manage social media handles, include website - this includes creating content, ideating, design, conceptualisation of concept, design and developing strategies to connect the congregation and members of the public to the Church.
• To participate in campaigns of the church, with a specific role to support the media and communications strategy and plan of the church.
• To manage all online platforms, keeping them fresh, relevant and up-to-date.
• To copy write, design and update all weekly and special posts on social media platform.
• To be part of a team that produces special campaigns, events and produces digital media including film and video outputs.
• To liaise with all internal and external clients, including vendors and suppliers.
• To design and produce collaterals for the church including banners and posters.
• To do production administration as part of the Communications Media Team.
• To cover the duties of team members where necessary.

Pre-Requisites
• At least a diploma in media and communications-related disciplines.
• At least 1 year’s working experience in media and communications industry.
• A good team-player with good time-management skills.
• Creative and hungry to learn.

Roles and Responsibilities
• To create content for all media platforms of the Church.
• To conceptualise and write scripts for video or stills promotion, and publicity of events regardless of whether the event is church-wide or specific to a specific department or ministry.
• To source and train talents and facilities, including relevant equipment and resources for content creation and production of video promotional publicities. The medium used, ie, film, or digital or any other new medium that may surface, will vary according to the publicity strategy.
• To execute campaign and event publicity plans, including carry out filming of media at multiple location, both outdoor and indoor.
• To edit and package video outputs (both on regular frequency and adhoc) for all media and communication purposes required by the church.
• To create special performances/items throughout the year.
• For professional development, may be the creative director or lead of events - Take on events as the art director, giving the vision and leading a team for church events. (Christmas, Passion weekend, Church camp, etc.).
• To liaise with all internal and external clients, including vendors and suppliers.
• To design and produce collaterals for the church including banners and posters.
